I would forget that MMO and fill the cylinders with ATF and if I remember right the 530 still has the lay down cylinders and if that is so jack the front of the tractor up and block it up about 18 inch off the ground. That is what I did with my 1935 JD-B. If the stater works set a 12 volt battery in and use short fast taps on the starter button. The starter was made to spin the engine in the first place. Ya if the valves are stuck you may bend the push rods but that would happen not matter how you turned it over. If you do not like the starter idea do what I did with my B. I took a piece of 1/4 inch X2 inch angle iron about 12 foot long and welded to piece of pipe that fit into the flywheel holes and used that to lever the engine over
