Had a 36 x 60 Morton Built in fall 2002 put in 24 x36 apartment on one end for my home. Worked out well. My local banker who I Know well gave me the initial construction loan. Had a _ell of a time going secondary market after the fact. A real estate appraiser needed comparable structures to establish loan value. Ended up finding compariables but 50+ miles away. Ended up lucky I had hired an older experienced appraiser who covered alot of territory to help me out. Otherwise Morton worked out well. Good Luck!
