A couple years ago we got some free tickets to Country USA in Oshkosh. 41 was at a crawl for probably 8-10 miles and people were passing on the shoulder. A bunch of us started moving over to slow them down so they would just go further into the ditch to go around. Eventually an ambulance wanted to go down the shoulder with their lights on, but they kept getting stuck as we weren't moving so neither were some of the morons being blocked on the shoulder. I can only hope it didn't cause any harm to the person that the ambulance was for.
