7060 Hydraulics

My 7060 has sluggish hydraulics when the oil is cold. By 'cold' I mean around 32F which really isn't cold. The pressure is 2200psi at the remote couplings which indicates the pump is OK but it can barely lift a 10 foot Leon dozer blade when I first start it up. If the tractor has been sitting for a week or so the system acts like it is low on oil for a while then improves slightly as the oil warms up. Thinking the filters needed changing I changed them and replaced the hyd oil with fresh clean oil too. Didn't help.

Two new AGCO hydraulic filters under the belly ??? To a degree, those tractors are kind of like that, because there is no charge pump. They depend upon gravity and the correct and CLEAN filters to function properly. Start filling the oil level to the top sight glass, which is about 3 gallons more than the lower sight glass. Belly filters have to be installed correctly too. I've seen that before that incorrect installation of the right side filter causes issues.

Actually, 2200 psi max pressure is LOW...2500 psi is max spec. Standby pressure needs to be 450 to 600 psi.
