IH or Case?

This 2 bottom plow is up for auction online. It's listed as an IH but to me the color looks Flambeau Red, unless my eyes are bad. Without going to see if there's any markings for sure (the auction company isn't very good about doing that) is there any way to determine if it's IH or Case? I hope the pics will help.

IH Little Genieus plow. I had one like that but without slatted bottoms. It is the correct color of red, white and blue with black hitch

One thing to use when you look at something like this is, the eagle should be on there somewhere, or the IH symbol.
