i need to know can i replace the gaskets on my case 480b brake covers without taking wheel and tires off ,any information will be appreciated got a leak from the right cover

The 480B has what is called differential brakes mounted in front of the axle, the housing is bolted to the transaxle, the brakes are dry and should not have oil on them, if the housing is leaking oil it means that oil is leaking into the brakes from the transaxle which means the seals are leaking, there are no gaskets, if the machine is fitted with a diff lock there is an extra seal on that side inside a hollow shaft that is often overlooked when seals are replaced, check the level of the oil in the axle to see its not overfilled, the wheels stay on as the brake is nowhere near them.
