Ford 655d 90% of the wires are unplugged or cut

Hi guys I'm almost ready to put a new engine in this backhoe but like I stated 90% of the wires are unplugged or cut. I wonder if anyone in here knows where the wires go from the button on the loader and or the button on the transmission shifter that place is the solenoids in neutral?

Oh BTW guys I have a manual but the wiring diagrams are impossible to read with the PDF reprint version.

hopefully you can read it after I resized appropriate for YT posting.
