I have a Case 450 aprox 1971 that the right front idler wheel has issues. The tensioner is not working and the axle for the front wheel is broken and the bushings are worn out. I see parts are availible from case to rebuild both the front wheel and the tensioner, or should replacement assemblies be installed?
