I see an 8 a5 , a7, and a 6. Hope that helps

I can read the numbers but not sure the significance. They should tell me month and year tractor was made I am just not sure how to read them. I do not think it means August 1957 but not sure. I do not understand what the 6 refers to.
The number on the plate on the steering column shows it was made in 1952

My first guess would be a date code, probably August 57.

But sometimes the numbers mean nothing to the consumer, they can be stock
numbers, casting numbers, shift numbers, something that only means
something to the casting shop.

What I find is casting dates are, Day Month Year. So by that the year ends in 7.
