600 hydraulic lift cover linkage

Got the lift cover apart on my 600 and everything appears good except the pin that runs on the lift arm shaft cam. It appears worn 3/4
way thru with a slot the same width as the cam. Since I do not have a parts book, will someone confirm that pin should not have a slot in
it. Also, what would be the Ford part number for this pin. Thank

It should be a solid round shaft for its entire length. That one is extremely worn. Replace the pin and then follow the procedures for all of the linkage adjustments before putting the top cover back on.

Bingo. Even a small amount of wear on the cam follower pin translates into inches of difference at the end of the lift arms.

One can perform the draft and position control adjustments without special tools by following the 'alternative procedures in the I & T FO-20 manual.

Replace the draft control fork if you run out of threads on the turnbuckle.
