Ford 3000 loader can t pick up 1/2 bucket of rock

I have a Ford 3000 with factory loader and front mount pump. Everything works fine but when I m trying to pick up rock or dirt it struggles with no lift power. Is there an adjustable relief valve or just preset one in loader controls? Any help would be great.

Thanks

First place to start is look for one or both cylinders bypassing. Piston seals blown and or worn will affect lifting power.

There is a preset relief valve inside the loader control valve, but the most likely culprit, as Shaun has said, is one or both of the lift cylinders are leaking internally so that the fluid is bypassing the piston(s).

I m going to order a rebuilt for the cylinders like you both said. If the tilt works fine I guess it wouldn t be a pump or relief valve issue. If I don t leave it one the bucket does bleed off and far down slowly after a few mins.
