Bolens Husky with S-14D Wisconsin engine.

Is there anywhere that I can get an ignition module for a solid state ignition, and a fuel pump kit for the S-14D Wisconsin on this unit? Tractor model is a 1476. Thanks, Dandy Dave!

There's a guy making replacements for the modules...

If you can't find a fuel pump, replace it with a low pressure electric unit typically used as a replacement on older foreign cars.

You should be able to get a mechanical fuel pump from STEN's. If you can not find a mechanical fuel pump you could use a vacuum pulse fuel pump.

Dandy Dave,
Without knowing exactly what you are after, originality, looks, or to make it work. You can use an automotive coil and condenser and run it off your battery, do away with the magneto. The fuel pump. I had one that the fuel pump kept going bad so I mounted a fuel tank high and let Mother Natures gravity feed the fuel. Didn't look too good but it worked many years and save a lots of $.

Kent, We have looked in Sten's and do not see it listed. Looks a lot like an AC from a Kohler 301 series. May try a pulsating pump. Thanks, Dandy Dave!

Idj. Hard to use an automotive coil and condenser if the motor does not have points. Thanks all the same. Dandy Dave!

Hummm I have a S 8D and a TRA 10 which I thought is the same family of engines and both have points. Sorry, my error.

It could very well be that they are the same family of engine. Pointless solid state ignition was an option and not used on all S-14D's. Dandy Dave!
