You really should tell what you are working on when you start a post. Not everyone is going to search your posts to see what it might be.

Guessing this is for you 65 Diesel. Check out the picture below to see if item key 38 is what you are looking for. This is from the old parts book site which is supposedly going away 12/5/22. Here it is described as you see in the picture, unfortunately the same book number and picture on the new site just calls it a TUBE, like several other lines in the picture.

Thanks Jim...sorry ya its a 65 diesel. Its correctly identified in the photo you posted although the image is too compressed for me to make out the item numbers. Is that in the store on this site? I didnt see it. I'm hoping I can find a way to order one.

That picture is a clip from the AGCO parts book for a 65, not the YT store offerings. You should be able to save it to your computer and see it better. I very much doubt the YT store would have it. I expect it is a dealer only item (if it is still available) or salvage yard item. Your could try contacting one of the All States Ag Parts (YT's parent company) and see if they can come up with one for you.

What is wrong with yours?

When I tried to open the vent, it also rotated the fuel line. That caused it to break open at the bend. When I looked closer I discovered it had been broken before and repaired with JB weld. I may just have to cut a small section out and put in a piece of fuel hose. Do you know what function this line serves? There is already a fuel return from the injectors going back to the fuel tank. Why is there another one going to the fuel filter?

I found what appears to be a very similar type of fuel return line online so maybe I could make that work.

Cut the tubing and put a piece of fuel hose in place of the bad section you remove and clamp it. I doubt the hose for a Honda will help you much.

I can't say why they ran the lines that way, one reason might be to increase circulation for warming in cold weather. Also, air in the fuel could be sent back to the tank via that line as well since the pump is pushing fuel through the filters and that line is higher than the line going to the injection pump.
