Hydraulic plumbing question, MF 40 Industrial, MF52 back

I have yet another question about this 40 Industrial and its 52 backhoe. I have this Summit loader valve https://summit-hydraulics.com/product/monoblock-hydraulic-directional-control-valve-2-spool-21-gpm/ and it has on it both a tank (T) port and a (N) port for power beyond.

My backhoe is plumbed into the T port. Is that correct? I read some things that made me think maybe it was supposed to be connected to the N port with a power beyond adapter. Just want to make sure I have it right. Thanks.

(quoted from post at 03:09:32 03/28/23) Did the pressure line from the pump go to the loader valve first when the old valve was on it? What model loader do you have 32, or 34?

I think it is a 34. When I got it, it had the same style of loader valve on it as the one I installed. That one had been damaged, so I bought basically the same exact one and installed it exactly the same way. I don't know how long the previous owner had that valve on it, or whether the backhoe itself worked very well or not. I got it with so many leaks I haven't really had a chance to work it out. Really, I was looking at it to bypass the backhoe altogether while I find some replacement parts, that's when I noticed how the backhoe was plumbed into the tank line. I just wanted to see if that was correct or not.
