Oliver 1650 Plugs Wires?

Autolite specifies #66 Spark Plug for light service. This is a resistive plug. The tractor has resistive plug wires. Is a resistive plug with resistive wires too much resistance?
The tractor currently has #65 plugs which carbon up. Hoping using #66 with help reduce carbon buildup.

I put plugs in our 1650 a while back. I think 386 Autolites. Id have to go to the garage to look. I also put on Belden wires from Napa. Im not really sure on the resistor plugs or resistor wire, but I doubt being resistor plugs or wires has anything to do with your carbon issue.
