1650 3 point hitch

My 1650 lower lift arms are missing the locking mechanism that holds the pins on the arms in place.I can see where the pins will begin to walk out with much use.
Where can I get the proper parts to replace? It looks like a small 1/4 bolt with an over size washer was there before.

Its just supposed to be a bolt with a heavy flat washer that engages the groove in the pin. Although they should be 3/8 bolts not 1/4.

It should have a 3-8 bolt with a washer that has a crescent shaped notch. You loosen the bolt and rotate the washer till the notch faces the pin to pull it out and change the pin's position. A standard washer doesn't work well because the OD is wrong.
