photo add tractors

Several people i've talked to that have tractors in the photo adds don't seem to know anything about the tractors they have for sale.A guy told me he used a tractor for 30 years and he didn't know if it had PS.Another raised his price when i sounded interested.He said the price in the photo adds was a misprint,he wanted 500 more.Seems like it's just jocky's trying to pass tractors off as ones they bought new.There's always a story,it's an estate tractor,my dad bought it new,i'm selling for a friend,this is a real collector tractor in demand.

There are a few legitimate folks who just want to sell a tractor, but I mostly browse the photo ads for entertainment purposes only.

i do the same thing, lots of interesting items on there, after awhile you get to know who the "tractor jockeys" are turning tractors they bought a week or 2 ago, but dont really know anything about it, nothing wrong with that though lots of reasons to sell a tractor including posting it with a wildly high price knowing it wont sell,but its listed, which keeps the mrs quiet, which was the whole point lol
