rich, heres a couple pics of my secret hot pepper garden. i planted the garden at the edge of the woods so it wouldnt get near the sweet and mild peppers in the main garden. scotch bonnet orange and caribean reds, (supposedly 10 times hotter than habenero) also habenero, jalepeno, and the ones they make tabasco out of. dunno who's gonna eat em, (i cant do hot) , maybe kruser will scarf down a few!!!

very nice! ask Old for his jelly recipe , We got his recipe for green tomato salsa, and it was great, I know he said he makes jelly with hot peppers

Those peppers must be hot, it looks like they made them pee themselves! They look like they are doing good.

I have a few recipes that will fit your bill just fine. I can what is called Sweet Jalapeno slices which are a tad hot but very good in an sandwich or on hot dogs or hamburgers. Or of course there is the Jelly which is not at all hot but does take a lot of sugar. I took a jar of the Sweet Jalapeno slices to the 4th of July picnic and came home with an empty jar and every body who tried them said they loved them. I also took my cream cheese dip but few people knew what it was. I used 2 blocks or cream cheese an a pint of Jalapeno jelly and mixed and it sure is good
