Just gotta tidy up and put a couple braces in place & mount hoses and headlights but the loader is back on and working...Forgot what it was like to put a roundbale in the ring rather than wrestle rhe ring over the round bale...... Sad part is, I procrastinated so long and the total job took about an hour..............

Looks like that bucket is a long way in front of the tractor. Is it
hard to steer with a load on the bucket? Good for you for getting it
done.

Pretty common for the older/smaller tractors and a Baas loader.... Little tuff to steer but doable. A full bucket isn't that heavy cause it's only 32 inches wide but hang a 7-800 pound bale on the frt and it's a little different. Found some wheel weights on ebay (if I get them) and have a counterweight if needed. Have the bale fork on back to transport the bales to where needed and just put them in place with the loader. The other job is just tidying up manure piles......

haha I hear ya. atleast ya got her done. sometimes thats nice when a project doesn't take as long as you thought. looks good

That thing looks like it's made fer stackin bales, in the next county! I'd cut a couple feet off'n the front end, and pull it into a bigger hump, with a coupla come-a-longs! Just kiddin, whatever works, man!

(quoted from post at 14:23:17 07/14/11) Gona have to get that there tractor a pair of specs, she's a bit crossed eyed

Got two farmer buddies that must have came from the same milkman... both are google eyed...First thing my wife said when she saw the tractor was that I liked them so well that I wanted the tractor to look like them........
Lights don't fit on original mount with the loader on and the holes in the correct mounting spot are too small (aftermarket lights). Gonna take care of that today.....

(quoted from post at 20:25:02 07/14/11) Second photo.. what is in the grass beyond the bucket?? partly obscured.

Not sure what you are talking about, right next to the tractor is weeds on the roadbank, the nicer looking stuff is alfalfa, then the higher clump on the other side is a bush..........

Don't think I'd want it any shorter. As it is, it's real handy for odd jobs and putting stuff in hard to reach places. I think the pics make it look a little longer also.
