Crop report, too bad the whole field isn't like this...

Found this patch while scouting for downed corn. It was dry around here this summer, but this low area stayed moist longer I bet and the soil is better. Calculated it out for fun, came out to 280 bu/ac. Too bad it"s .5% of the field!!! Rest is 150 or below I"m sure. I didn"t take any pictures of the rest of the field, it"s kind of bummer. We were blessed with some rain though. Beans on sand have been 40-45, did some on clay yesterday, about 50-55. We"re off a bit compared to "normal". This corn field has always been 195-210. NW IN.

Nice. We used to PLANT 32000 PLANT POP end up with 28-2950, 350 15-15-15 thru the PLANTER and backed up with 80 lbs actual ANHYDROUS at 2 feet tall, seed, *PX414* 3 way cross ending up with 21 ta 23 rows around the cob with 50 plus kernels in length with 2 fully developed ears on every stalk and sometimes a 3rd HALF EAR, standing in MID to LATE OCT with 18 percent moisture , laughing all the way to the BANK. Sad part, only 40 ta 55 acres depending. But it, QUOTE gave us SPENDING MONEY every year. LOL,S PS: And they did away with the SEEDDDDDDDD.Nothing lasts FOREVER.
