way ot,sinus headaches from combine dust ,cures

It seems these headaches been getting worse,just wondering if anyone has any natural cure they tried,it is tractor related. Thanks
 
Yep... get yourself a sinus flush kit... I got mine from CVS pharmacy... My headaches have stopped completely and I can breathe easier than I have in years...

I suffer from that and take a hot shower and use the sinus wash after exposure to dust. The hot shower opens my sinus'es up so the wash works better.
 
Primary reason I broke down and bought a combine that had working A/C. Best non-pill solution is to mix a mild salt solution and rinse out the sinus cavities. As someone already noted they sell kits which make it somewhat easier to accomplish, but with a little experience you don't need one. A friend had so many sinus related problems he went to a week long clinic in Denver. The sermon was to rinse your nose with mild salt solution and control your enviroment.
 
I have the same problem. Any dust, exhaust, or organic smells will give me a headache in seconds. I have to use a resperator when get close to sawdust, mow grass, mulch leafs, exhaust from a diesel or 2-cycle chainsaw or weedeater, cigarette smoke, any smoke for that matter.

I carry salt water spray in all vehicles too.

I keep a jar of ground horseradish (not horseradish sauce) in the fridge.
Little spoonful on the tongue and breath thru your nose..Works for be... And resist the urge to suck everything back in, only BLOW your nose...

I'll agree with the sinus irrigation. I took pain killer frequently for head aches for 35 years, until I found out about irrigating. Now I irrigate 2-4 times a day and if I feel a headache coming on I,ll go irrigate and in 10 min headache is gone.
 
I have had good luck with Benadryl (the maximum strength stuff, they're blue) knocking sinus headaches. 2 of 'em for 8 to 10 hours of solid relief. Side affects are that it usually makes you sleepy, and for some people (me included), it seems to make your ears ring...
