to my little tractor.... put up with a couple tire kickers then somone called yesterday and said not to answer anymore emails or calls that they wanted it........ Yea yea,,, said they couldn't come til next week... nogo so they said theyd be here today, showed up looking like they had just stepped off a western movie set, looked at it, drove it, I showed them how to work a couple things and threw in a couple pieces of junk that I no longer need and they handed me the full price plus a hundred bucks for the extras and said they'd pick it up in a few days. Got in their car singing "we have a tractor"............

so, when the told you they would be there, and did not show, were you:

a) happy
b) sad

and if someone else arrived in the in the mean time with cash in hand, I am sure that you would not have sold it...right?

That's the way I sell things, first person with cash gets it. I've had people tell me that they are 100% for sure buying an item, hold it for me, yadda yadda. Then when they finally show up they kick tires and complain and don't even make an offer.

all went as they said... I said they could come next week if I still had it and they said they'd find a way to be here at 1300 today. 1250 they showed up, looked at the tractor, all the horses, couple of dogs, and left a 500 buck deposit and are transfering the rest of the money. when it's in my account, they pick up papers, get license plates, and drive it home.
If someone would have shown up cash in hand prior, they would hold their cash until 1330.... I keep my word....

Hope they do not transfer the money OUT of your account and into theirs as it sounds like they have your account number!!

not possible.......anyone can give you money but only you can give money out....... I keep that account empty anyway unless I need to pay bills in euro.....

Thanks! Sold it for 500 more than I paid for my "new" one. Covered the cab I bought, just gotta spring for a frontloader and the drive to get the cab (already paid for just gotta drive the 400 mile RT to get it).

would've had to been scabbed....Also would have got less than half what I did for the tractor..People that are buying that size tractor aren't tinkers, they want it complete and ready to move horse poop and hay......
