Steve: did you go to brush like you said,,,how was it,,lot of junk/good stuff to be had,,,which location was it at, and who put it on? bob
 
Miller's Dec consignment auction(Downtown Brush).No junk.A little smaller than usual(so they said).It was definitely a "seller's sale"-No bargains.The Farmers were done with harvest,had money to spend,and spent it!They sold that line of equipment in 4 hours.I did not buy a thing(except a chili-hambuger-YUM!)
 
and rolaids later for the heart burn...lol,,,i think they are getting smaller, even in the Sept auction,,,,miller is getting like Barrett-jackson,,
 
also Steve: on craigslist [farm& garden]i see their is someone selling some tractor up in delta area, any idea who, and what?
 
Steve, Bob. You guys missed a good auction yesterday in Rocky Ford. Albert Muth, Muth Equipment Inc. sold a portion of his inventory do to health problems (Cancer). The auction has been planned the last couple of months. Last Wednesday, 7 Dec he pasted away. I'm close to the family and was there on Friday to help get everything lined up and yesterday during the auction. Lots of good deals. There will be another auction in March for another lot. So watch for it. Chuck and Bryson Miller was there also helping. Asked them how Wednesday auction went, stated it went well and fast. I've been there several times this past year when the auction would go until night fall. Makes for a long day when the tractors are the last thing to sell.
 
Had a 1486 that sold yesterday for $12,000. I had a heck of a time getting started yesterday morning. It was 18 degrees at 6:30. Once running, great machine. Earlier this week, had all the tractors lined up along the road for the auction. After all the problems for the family with Alberts passing, some SOB shot out all the windows in the 1486, 8430, Cat End Loader, Case Backhoe. Had all the glass replaced in the cabs Thursday afternoon. Why in H"LL would someone do that? Can't figure it out why people are like that sepecially during the time of greif
