Well, it's time for evening milking, so I better go help out. There's something about doing the evening chores in a warm barn on cold nights that stays with you all your life.

Like those pictures! Other than the modern tractors it looks like years ago when I was growing up.

Wow! Now that's the farming that I remember. Milking cows in the morning and evening. Ear corn in the crib....Thanks for Sharing! Brings back a lot of memories of my youth on the Plains of Nebraska.

Got to attend to those black & white beauties everyday. That's what made me leave the farm and join the Army. Miss those days after 40 years. Made us good folks.

That farm looks familiar, where abouts in Central WI is that located? Very nice place to say the least.

Great pictures, love them. When a kid at home, get that barn full of cows and it would really warm up in there.
