Temps cruising about 0 degrees F here in mid-Michigan this morning. Thick ice in water toughs this am at 5:45, again at 1:00pm. After this mild winter, it is a shock to the system.

Just went in to town to visit my mother, and stopped at my sisters. It was 34 when I left, and 38 at my sister's place. We stopped there for 15 minutes. The wind got up, it started snowing and was 24 when I got home, with about 30 mph winds.
