Teach a man to fish...(pics)

...and you'll feed him for life. Now give my brother-in-law and old unused milkhouse and he'll turn it into a beer drinking establishment for his buddies!

Now that the milkhouse restoration is complete it's on to the barn for fresh paint and trim.

Too bad the old ice water milk can cooler wasn't still in there... they could hold??? 20? 2 dozen 30 packs??? For the real hot days to come....

I do appreciate everyone's concern for the appropriate furniture that is missing, but trust me in the fact that the issue has been rectified. It now sits adornded with a 32" flat screen for the "All American" Green Bay Packer games, a 6' bar an appropriate number of stools, and a stainless steel beverage center for one to help embibe upon.

Now that being said, it really does need the dogs playing poker photo just to finish it off.

Very, very, very nice. I'm confused about the air conditioner blowing into the heater, but give me a few pops and a couple of shots and it will all make perfect sense.

Just the same, is very nice. Don't forget the horseshoe over the door.

Much great luck.

I can remember my grand pa's milk house from when I was a little kid. It had a constant flow of cold spring water that ran over the top of a big tub made of either stone or concrete. Then the water went down a drain and out to the roadside stream.

Bar?
Personally I see as making a lovely quest house'
Provide it with a bed and chamberpot for visiting family and friends without upsetting us'en old folks normal routines.

I'd be movin' it over in them woods in the back and right of it.
Looks like a likely place to spot some whitetails.

There are lots of whitetails in and around the farm. Like my dad always says, "It's not so much deer hunting as it is deer shooting." I know I had my two on the ground a little over a half hour into the season last November. It's always good to keep the freezer full!
