I've opeated that same demolishion tool. It's impressive the way it just pinches the concrete till it breaks. On the top of the jaws it a place you can cut rebar.

Yep - Crusher and Shears. Kinda think it might be a Rental unit since it didn't have any guards in front of the cab - Most of their equipment does.

Guess they're bringing in recyler plant next week to grind concrete for fill.
