Im asking this here because I know some good mechanics lurk on this site. I have an 03 Pontiac grand am that seems to get crazy electrical issues lately when it rains...everything from no start, to the radio, door locks, ac, lights, gauges going haywire. Sometimes you can hear sounds like relays clicking under the glovebox, where the BCM is. Any GM guys here that could tell me where to look first? Thanks in advance for your help!

99% of the time that is caused by bad body grounds; and there are a slug of 'em to retighten/re-washer.

I agree with Allan and yep body grounds are a lot of the odd problems with cars. My self I have been known to run grounds to many places like the lights etc from right off the battery so as to fix the odd problems

What Rich and Allen said but could also be a loose connector on a brainbox (happens when wet)... Not a good idea to ignore it. My Kia was randomly locking/unlocking central locks in wet weather. Put a moisture collecting pillow in and cured (???) the problem. FF and turns out the brainbox was located right where a tall passenger's feet are... Driving a couple weeks ago and it looked like a clip outta a Cheech & Chong movie. Car is junk now. Harness plug had worked itself loose a little...

I am guessing by your symptoms it has a sunroof. We had tons of trouble with the sunroof drains plugging up, the water then oveflows down the A pillars and onto the fuse blocks in both sides of the dash. Open the sunroof and make sure the front drain holes are clean. Take a cup of water and pour it down the drains, it should go down freely and run out on the ground near the front of the front doors. If it goes down but doesn't come out on the ground, pull the front of the headliner down and make sure the drain tubes are connected.
