Do you folks like hot wings,I love em , Chicken wings have actually become in some instances more expensive than the breast? I remember when wings were basically scrap like the back is. If you go to a restaurant for hot wings they are expensive, So Ive perfected my own, The way I like them to taste. I love to cook so just another picture of my finished plate. PS I like the drum section the wife likes the wingett section

No wings like Buffalo wings. Get grinders..the large ones, rinse and put them in fridge over night to dry out. Deep fry until done. Mix some cheap margarine with cheap hot sauce to suit personal heat level. Put fried wings in hot sauce mix and shake to coat. That's it. Anchor bar wings.
 
Looks rather tasty! Call me a wimp if you wish, but I don't like mine too hot, just enough to flavor them well. And yes, I too, remember when they were cheap. Times do change.
 
Seems I remember wing at around 15 cents a pound, but then a McDonalds single was 15 cents and fries 12. Hot dogs at The Corner Bar were 2 for a quarter; now they're about $1.75 each.
