My little oat crop

I couldnt aford fertilizer this year (900 bucks/ton) but I should be able to make a little off this crop???

Looks like some oats there for harvest. I usually go about 200# of 19-19-19 per acre, and if I have any manure from the sheep barnyard... Think it helps, immensely. Wish I thought I could afford more.
 
Doesn't look too bad. Depending on what was last grown there and the condition of the soil, many times you can get by without adding fertilizer for at least one planting. From what I've seen, the soil where you live looks pretty fertile.
 
As clean as that stuff looks, it's a shame you can't do something with that straw. I used to break even or do a bit better on the oats, but clean straw made a nice profit.
