Did you live next to Old Mans creek in Ia ?

yep 1 1/2 mi south. The family farm had ground where the creek ran thru till it was straightened in the late 40s then it was on the north border. Used to go fishing for Bullheads when i was a kid. Its been fun to watch for the last 70 pluss yrs. Used to be a 40ft wooden bridge across now theres a $490,000 bridge 220ft prestressed concrete 26ft wide one there.progress

I was a freind of your youngest brother .
Dad taught at IMS. Interesting how one can put 2 and2 to gether and come up with 4 by coment made.My brother John is still trucking at age 75.

Did you know Deon died this past May. Sort of a rough yr for me Wife died in August then Brother in May buts thats life and we go on.

After 50 years of leaving Ia. Relized Iconfused your family and Lloyd's family. I do remember you from IMS.Sorry to hear about your wife and brother.

How long has it been since you two were in the same neighborhood?
