o/t A few pictures from scotland

Just thought I would post a few pictures from scotland. These were taken a little earlier in the year by my youngest son.
The bikes were taken today when I was doing a little clearing out in the tractor shed. The bikes are about as close to a tractor on two wheels as you can get or at least that's what I think, all are either parallel or V twins.
Hope you enjoy them.

Nice pics. I see the Allis B has a generator, but I don't see a battery in the usual location. Was the electrical system added after the tractor was built, or did I miss something?

Those bikes look like they are straight out of the movie Mad Max. I've always wanted to make it to Scotland.

Now you've got the wife all worked up wanting to go there. Nice pictures, but she'll have to be happy with just looking at them for now.

Yes all the bikes are mine. A Ducati 750, Triumph 750, Buell Cyclone 1200 and a Buell Firebolt 1200 I also have a BSA Starfire 250 (not pictured). Ive been collecting machines for a while now and this is the result, too many and not enough shed space. Wife tells me I need to sell some, the old Bedford RL recovery truck in the background is up for sale so that free up a little spece if it sells.

The pictures are great. I think the fifth one would get top prize at a photography show. Thanks for posting them.

I still have my 93 Triumph flat tracker, and a 63 Tiger Cub, both parked in the shed behind the baler. I should get them out and get them going again
instead of working on the tractors.

WOW!!! Any pictures of the Scottish Moors? I can remember reading about them in books and wondering what they looked like. Always sounded like they were a lonely desolate place with the wind howling across all the time.

bill from scotland,
Tell your son he takes sensational photos!

Do you have a special camera lens to capture the sunburst? Mine never turn out.

Very nice. Odd place Allis put the serial numbers on their Scottish tractors, across the front axles like that. On my B, its stamped in the transmission case by the shifter. And a couple of Buells to scoot around on to boot. You ever get that Jeep Cherokee? Whatever happened with that?

And thanks for the pictures. Great looking place. Just a great looking place.

Nice photos Bill, Mark the number on the front of the AC is the road tax registration number. Bill its nice to see a Scotish reg number on the AC with a letter S in the two letters. MJ

Yes I got the Wrangler a couple of months ago, parked up meantime. I have talked about building a Teardrop to go behind, this would be nice for going to shows. Its a pity she needs so much petrol, have thought about converting it to LPG which is about half the price of petrol (gas as you guys would call it)

Oh, I knew it was the plate. I was just funning around because we don't do that, at least not in the state I live in.
