I bought a westendorf grapple fork and im not shure what the clevis in the middle mounts to? I understand the lip slides over the front edge of the bucket and there are hooks on the back of the bucket and you lift the lever to tighten to the hooks but what does the adjustable clevis in the center go to. Any picts? Thank you

Would help if you had any pics, there are many different grapples as JDSeller points out, no idea what you really have?

Model number perhaps?

Here's pics of a very old used and abused GL51 I bought a couple of years ago. I assume the adjustable clevis is the clevis you pull the latching handle down into to hold it down but ??? This one has been welded up so much it's far from original. Jim

Thanks fixerupper that is what the clevis is for! I need to make the hooks that are welded to the back of the bucket do you have a close up of a hook so I can see what it looks like? Thanks again
