No offense, but it amazes me when people come to an antique tractor site for information that can potentially land them in jail. There's this thing called Google. Watch- "Is it legal to own a taser in West Virginia". You can also call your local Sheriff or State Police and ask too. Depending on the well intentioned but possibly wrong answers you'd get here is not the best choice in a case like this. For OPINION type questions, fine. But when it's your freedom on the line I'd want something with a little more surety involved.
