9n won't start.

can pull my 9n and it will start in about 20 ft. the battery is new and I"ve got spark at he spark plugs. But it will not start with the starter.

Might want to check the grounds and replace the battery cables with new larger size cables.

Just having spark is not good enough. You have to have a good blue/white spark that will jump a 1/4 inch gap or more. By the way lack of info does not help us help you. 6 or 12 volts?? Things that could cause your problem are weak spark, battery cables not being big enough or bad or the starter is drawing to many amps and causing weak spark

Check all your connections, even primary wiring. Could be the starter is drawing all your power away and not leaving enough for the coil/dist.
Check power to the coil while cranking, may be too low for good spark.
