Harvesting In Sask.

The perfect harvest weather came to an end overnight in this part of Sask. Managed to shoot a little video and a picture or two. This one shows the economical Massey 1085 running the 10x50 pto grain auger moving red spring wheat from the truck to the bin.

We got rained off on the western side of Manitoba this am... nasty line of thunderstorns, so i guess we'll have to wait for things to dry down again...

(quoted from post at 09:08:57 09/18/13) What part of Sask are in? When
I ran around on the harvest we
ran in the Humboldt and
Kamsack areas. Jim
About a good hour south of there, closer to the Fort Qu'Appelle area. Nice gentle rain going on here this morning. Well , it would be nice, if we were not trying to harvest. I think it will be a few days now before a combine moves.

I was pretty darned close to where you live a few times when I traveled from Regina to Yorkton. I was at the Deere dealer in Yorkton once to pick up a part. I'd like to get up in your neck of the woods again sometime. Jim
