I personally have never heard of any of these, but his story sounds legit! Let me know what you think. I can't afford his price, but I know all of you old retired guys out there have money burnin holes in your pockets!! :) Bryce

I think there were a lot more than 200 of those made. still a decent price for a small CSA or organic operation. That's the latest craze around here.

Those were made by another company in the Carolinas after AQC quite making them. The name of the manufacturer escapes me now - I'll probably remember it in another day or two.

I think Roeters in Grant Michigan sold those for a while. Or tried to. I remember them having some around with faded paint anyway. I figured they just didn't sell and sat there until the paint faded.

Bryce this is my tractor that I am selling from my collection. If you google "Blue G 1000 tractor" you can read more interesting facts about it. I would not be selling it, but I need to raise some funds, so I have some items that are on the chopping block. I am offering it at the low end of what most collectors think they are worth...$4-6000. There is one in Michigan on Tractorhouse for sale for $8500.

There is a good chance they were...and you may be right. They were too expensive, that is the reason there was only one production run. The good news is, they were built well and from common components...and the low number that survived just make them more collectable.

I think you need to do some research before you post.

Possibly. Must have a skewed view from seeing so many of those. Haven't seen one in a while. I used to know of at least 3 or 4 of them around here. Used to think they were ford when I was little. Maybe they are still lurking? I should probably go find them and buy them all. To think, I almost bought one of those for cheap sometime between 1993-95 to use the engine in my farmall cub.

You should ask more for it. Like I said, it's a decent price for someone who wants one. Should be a quick sell, and look at all the free advertising you are getting about it already! haha

Your tractor is well worth the $4000 one near me for sale restored real nice paint job $10,000.
The front center mount implements make it a great hilling and cultivating tractor.Do you have any of the original equipment that came with it?

You're probably thinking of a Hines I have several of them the model H-1600 but although the Hines looks sort of like the Blue tractor but is very different in it has a 16HP Kohler engine and hydrostatic drive with a 2 speed Peerless drive unit.

I have the cultivators that are shown on it in one of the pics. This one has low hours on it (it might have been a test tractor at Washington State University, but I can't verify). Pedals show little wear.
