Pop ups

Anyone else getting constant ebay pop ups to this site? One comes out the right side with "Hot Deals" on it, the other one not so much from the bottom. I happens about every two minutes
How can I selectively clean out fleabay cookies?

I never get pop ups on this site. The person that set this computer up for us must have checked all the rights boxes. I would not know where to start. Guess I could read the manual, not even a clue where it is. lol gobble

My computer got so loaded up with malware and spyware that it was almost unusable. Constant popups,words were in orange and if I moved the cursor over them it would want to take me to other sites. The whole thing finally locked up on me.
I had to take it in and spend $75 to have it cleaned out. That was late last May. Works slick as a whistle now,but I'm DARNED careful where I go on the net. I'm leary of even clicking on links that people post on here since some are off the wall news sites.
Just get it cleaned professionally and stick to a few selected sites would be my advice.

We get that, too. Its an exe file that has written itself to your computer. Why is this not trespassing? They did not have permission to access your private property and write that file in.

Anyway, if you look close, there is a download to remove it. Not sure I want to download the exe to remove it.

Makes me very angry. Plan on writing my congressmen (not that it will do any good) and ask why its not trespassing.

Hi must likely a sinky program downloaded to the Add-ons if your using Firefox in the upper left of the page go to Tools then down to Add-on and click and then check extensions you probably see something like super deals or what ever on the RH side click remove, if using Internet explorer Tools are on the RH side top of the page same thing there also when the pop-up appears put the arrow on it don't click it will tell what it is so you know what to look for.

Go to the Microsoft website, locate the Malicious Software Removal Tool, download it and run a full scan, (it may take 3 hours or more to run but it will remove all that unwanted malware / spyware) I have to do that at work a lot due to day shift surfing.

Got in on now. Never go to IE page.
Now somehow my "Menu" bar is there but a light color and not clickable.
I use that "favorites" menu as my browser.

I use Firefox but I found the Adbock Plus add-on to be wonderful. It stops so many ads it's like a while new internet. It's free.
