Count your wounds!

It is time to peel off the four band aids on my hands and get to work for the day. I always put neosporin and band aids on new cuts overnight. I spent yesterday getting the sprayer and spraying tractor serviced. Bloody knuckles abound. Disking will start this week. Those bloody knuckles were last week.

I got two cuts on my right hand and hit myself in the mouth yesterday boxing up some stuff for my sister, as far as removing any clothes today, I don't think so, we have high winds out there and a little snow and it looks COLD outside. Will find out here in a little bit after I get my cats fed and watered and my boots on. Not looking forward to going out.

No wounds around here, just frostbite and smoke inhalation from burning wood that was supposed to be for next year. My rule is if I have to dig it out of a snow bank it doesn't need fixing. We will be thankful to be discing in May.

Haven't had any good knuckle scrapes in while. Guess I'm always wearing gloves when I'm doing something stupid lately.

Although - walking out of my friends barn two months ago - in total darkness... Walking fast to my truck, done it a million times...

totally forgot his mower deck was laying right in the walk way.

Went down hard... and I mean hard - right on top of it. Don't know how I didn't lose an eye, or at least some teeth on all the protruding parts.

Haven't felt real pain like that in a loooong time.

Ripped my shin apart.

Finally seeing the last of the scabs disappear now.

Left a few good dents in my leg.
