Bobcat Question

Just bought a used Bobcat 543B, and was wondering what type of hydraulic fluid or hydrostatic fluid I can use in the machine other than Bobcat brand fluid. Thanks!

Better grade with anti-foam properties, tractor/transmission hydraulic.

Go with BOB CAT HYD oil, it is specific grade and design. I did what your wanting, it still foamed

My Bobcat manual for my B300 TLB states to use Bobcat oil OR 10W-30 Engine Oil. I use the engine oil. No problems in 8 years.

Thanks everyone. I will go with the Bobcat oil. Things just cost too much to fix when you mess them up.
