we have replaced injector pump, and ijectors. new coppers in the head replaced, head was checked.. primed and timed... Wont start... Now what? any ideas???

Did you leave the lines loose on the injectors to bleed out air, is the shut off lever on the pump going all the way forward. Have you tried removing the either injector plug and giving it a taste of either to see if it starts on that.

This isn't a "new to you" tractor is it? I got in to the neighbor's 7000 one time, couldn't start that tractor for love nor money until he told me the stop knob on those is opposite everything else in the known world. You have to pull the stop out to start them, push it in to shut it off.

You did have No. 1 cyl up on compression and the timing marks lined up on the pump. Then bleed the filters and lines till your fingers bleed from pumping the wee pump. Do not start on either with no diesel in pump. You will gall the pump and the rebuilder will not warranty. When you get fuel from all 6 lines after you hook them back to the injectors it will crank and run on diesel. if it is 70 or warmer. Out is on with the fuel shutoff. Hope this helps. Vic

Plug her in for a few hours and see what happens. My 7580 didn't like to start under 60 if it had been sitting a while. It only had 3500 hours when I sold it.
