Any ideas on what this old mill stone is worth?

It is a sharpening/grinding wheel. It is small for a mill stone. Prices depend on area and local demand for yard art. 50 to 200 is probable. If it had the carriage and seat with pedals it would be about 150 more. Jim
 
Nope, there's an insert and wedges that go in the hole to secure it to the shaft and assist in truing it. Thats an old stone. Some later ones had smaller holes with a smaller insert that used an expanding bolt type set up.
 
its a small mill, like one used by a half dozen or so farmers in a given area, for their own flour ect, as a yard ordament 50 bucks is about right value would come if you have its matching stone
