did some disking today with the 1070

Well I tried to do some field work today with my disk. Worked real well until I drove into a "dry" area. LOL Good thing this field will be planted to soybeans with Spring being so cool this year.

Plowing that is dry on top and wet below can get you in trouble with no warning. BTDT. You're so wet and we are so dry the tile haven't run since a year ago. Hope you dry out soon. Jim

That looks like a pretty hefty built disc. I agree, some spots surprise you.

Dual wheels make a big difference. I've run my 2090 with and without duals and have seen it.

I don't know why we try to get so close to them wet spots. If by chance you do get through, nothing is going to grow there anyway. We are all guilty. I came this close to getting stuck with the field cult. last nite. I got around the wet spot ok so why not move over and get around one pass closer.
