I am want to put this water tank on craigs list. Anyone have a idea what kind of price I should put on it. It was used for drinking water so it should still be fairly clean. Thanks Stan

No idea what it's worth, but you should get more than $50 for scrap.

It is worth several hundred for scrap. Don't let a lowballer screw you over. Usually 300-500 at surplus sales. Put on craigslist and get offers.

Like everything else, worked when parked. The valves are nothing special. If they don't work just replace them. the tank is in California near San Diego. Stan

The running gear under it sells for $3-500 in my area, the tank is worth at least what a 300 gallon IBC tote is- $60-75.00. I'd say minimum of $400.00.
