Does anyone have any tips to remove the bearings on the rollers? Mine overheated today while cutting and I can't get the coupler off to get to the bearing. Pretty sure the coupler isn't threaded, I could only find a parts diagram and it doesn't look threaded. This is the bottom roller, no drive gear or chain. Any help, tips, info is greatly appreciated! Was almost done with field when this happened, need to get it done before the train. Thank you!!

If its an 1190 haybine, it is the same as a New Idea. I had one years ago, but cant for the life of me remember what the bearing setup looked like. Do you have a CaseIH dealer close that you could stop by, or call and ask? I think New Idea is part of AGCO but not sure. If you have an AGCO dealer closer, you could ask them the same question of a 509 New Idea. Not much help, but hopefully someone else can give you better advice. BW

Thanks guys! The link helped! Had what I needed so I didn't mess it up :) got it off, it wasn't easy...ended up cutting it off. But finished cutting last night, raking today and baling tomorrow! Thank you all!
