I met Jeff's son in law at his building this afternoon. We got batteries in the 2-105 and got it started, put a front tire on the 1800 and hooked onto the rotary cutter and I mowed quite a bit of grass so we will have a place to move machinery to. Water standing around most of it, I mowed quite a bit of water and grass so we can get to some of it. Chris

My auctioneer buddy has always said, do not throw anything away till after the sale. The two day sale he had this past weekend was a good case in point.

Don't throw anything away until after the sale. One of the things we used to sell at the county sales we had was abandoned and recovered bicycles. One of my guys wanted to throw out a bike, both wheels and the handle bars were bent, the seat was missing and a lot of other stuff was bent, missing or otherwise worked over. I said no it went to the sale and if it didn't sell we'd put it in the scrap pile. It sold for $400. Seems the frame alone was $1800 new and the brakes and derailleurs were all high dollar stuff, new it was probably a $2800-$3200 dollar bike. Condition wise it was the worst bike we had, yet it brought the most money.

I second-third....dont throw ANYTHING away!Someone will buy it.If something does get left, then haul it off.I've seen piles of scrap bring more than the scrapyard would pay.Scrappers get crazy competing with each other."There will be a buyer for everything".
