It's certainly a unique piece of equipment, and it appears to be in working condition. I don't see them getting their $9K asking price, though.

I've seen 2 local collections get sold off in recent years, and the heirs are have been disappointed in the old man's "investment" in antique tractors. I've restored 2, and the one I still have is worth about 1/2 of what I put into into it. And prices have gone up a lot on parts since then, so the math hasn't got better. This is not a way to make money. Or even preserve it...

Sure would be nice to have a road grader for my driveway, and a guy could make a few bux on the side grading other driveways and private roads.

There was one about a year & a half ago that sold for about $2500. if I remember correctly. It wasn't as nice as this one, but it was still functional.
