Two Men Embark On Six Day Journey Driving Antique Tractors

From Halifax county Va. to Portland, Indiana to attend the Tri-State Ford Tractor Show. I saw them this morning at Cody store heading west on Rt. 40. Ford 900 and a Farmall M. Between here and there if you see them honk your horn and wave. Two great guys on an adventure. I hope they stay safe. Post if you see them.

I commend these two brothers 650 miles is a long trip on old tractors
Wishing them both a safe problem free journey.

A few yrs ago I moved 60+ miles and it was easier for me to haul my hay wagon and equipment using my mf 20 back hoe as it has a ground speed of 23+ mph took 3 1/2 hrs
Had to due three trips and the number of people who thought I was nuts was amazing
Me I had 3 great trips riding my tractor looking at all the great country side
 
They need to read the law in the state of Virginia
tractors are allowed on the highway for Agricultural use only, backhoes can only be driven a maximum of 25 miles from where they are normally parked.Would a cop bother them? Most likely not but I know one State Trooper that'd pull them in a second.She's a tough one used to be in Madison County don't know where she is now.
