Long Shot: Holley Side Draft on Slant 4 IH?

Okay:Don't beat me up too bad for my lack of details. Got a Side draft Holley from a tow around air compressor which I believe is powered by the "half v-8", slant four IH. This is one of those "Hey you like IH tractors, this is off an IH. See if you can clean it up from sitting". things that a friend dropped off. I figure a carb is a carb. This thing has more moving parts than a sewing machine! All the pics and info I find on net are of the performance auto side drafts not this unit. The carb no. yields no info either. It was full of crud and a couple pivots etc frozen and I mostly need a kit and info on disassembly of one part. Any experts out there?
 
Yeah...about that...Now that I have my head out of my you know where I see what I have. One shouldn't attempt certain memory functions at 4 AM during an 11 hour midnight shift following only 3 hrs sleep! I see that it is indeed a down draft and I did get it disassembled following freeing up certain frozen parts. Now just to obtain the parts needed. Thanks for the help and for not pointing out my shortcomings in the brain dept.
 
Advance auto, napa, o'reilly's, where ever you get parts, just tell them you have a 1977 IH Scout II with a 4 cylinder. They can get you that carb kit, or a whole reman carb. Wish my Scout didn't break in half from rust, I'd still be driving it. I do have the carb for it, as well as a complete slant 4. Not sure if it is any good anymore, but if you need used parts, I would be willing to pick stuff off it.
