Hear in SW Ohio we set a new record cold of -7 (its -6 right now) burrrrrrrr and might get to 20 for the high today. I don't think my old Oliver diesels will start today and I don't think I will try them. I don't have a wind breaker for the skid steer so clearing snow will be fun today. How cold is it ware your at? Bandit

Our high was about -10 yesterday. But, no wind to speak of, so it was fine to work in. I was out in it all day cutting wood.

The 1365 had better start,I need to load feed. It's been starting in good shape. I had to plug in the 1850 for about an hour Sunday to start that so I could grind feed, but it started OK after that.

It's very close to that here in central NY depending on which thermometer you believe.

Sun. and Mon. mornings my backhoe wouldn't crank fast enough to start even though the block heater was plugged in full time! Manifold heater/switch is unreliable. A little whiff of ether and it came to life.

Well, in "tropical" SC it's 28---with 1/4+ inches of
ice. Supposed to be 42 later in the day. They are
calling for single digit lows Thursday and Friday.

Western PA... When I took the kids down to the bus this morning it was -18, was -26 yesterday. The weather guesser said we were colder than it has been in 21 years yesterday, but it was only -15 where he was.

I pulled the 4x4 tractor with loader and blade into the heated shop in Case I need it for an emergency. It starts on its own down to 10, but would need considerable help at these temps.

Not as cold here as many have 12 degrees this morning and 2"-3" of fresh snow,, worse part of it is we have had 65 degree days here off and on the last two weeks! Really out of the norm for us this time of year to last that long,,, they say tomorrow we start a warm up again and may hit high 40's a different year for sure, first pic is from this morning second is from sat morning and temp was already 52 degrees

Looks like you got more snow than we did last night. Its funny I'm 35 E NE of Cincinnati Ohio and we got about 4 inches yesterday and last night but if you go (about the same distance) south (N KY) they had 10" of snow. I know being ware we are at our weather is all about the Ohio river valley and how the wind blows. It has been colder than normal and not much snow this year so far. What ever happened to global warming? Bandit

It was -14 below yesterday morning, this morning it warmed right up, to 0. And now it's even hotter 9. Lol, we have alot of snow cover too!

In Northeast Ohio where I live -20 yesterday morning , but I'm in Tucson AZ and sunny and 75 deg. Going home tomorrow.

Hitting the 50's here...had a lady call and wants her garden tilled so I guess I will get the tilling tractor out of hibernation. She is 15 miles away and willing to pay mileage, so why not? Way too early to plant around here, but we have had a very mild winter and people are getting the itch...

Here in NW Indiana right at the tip of lake michigan it got down to zero last night, but going down to -7 tonight and high of only 10 tomorrow
